   ApolloTeams provides remote customer support services/teams, including live chat, email, phone, social media, and other support channels, tailored to your business needs. Services may evolve over time to include additional channels or features.
3. Client Responsibilities

   Clients must provide accurate and complete business information, including customer data, product details, and necessary access to platforms, to enable ApolloTeams to deliver services effectively and efficiently.
4. Data Access & Privacy

   To deliver our services, ApolloTeams may access personal information of your customers. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws. We are committed to handling all data responsibly and securely.
5. Payment & Billing

   All payments are processed through third-party services (Wise, Payoneer, or others). ApolloTeams does not store credit card or banking information. Clients are responsible for paying invoices on time; failure to pay may result in service suspension.
6. Service Limitations

   While ApolloTeams strives to provide high-quality, reliable support, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales, conversions, or customer satisfaction. Services are provided “as is” within the agreed scope.
7. Termination & Cancellation
Clients may cancel services at any time. Fees for services provided up to termination remain due. ApolloTeams reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or misuse of services.
8. Liability Limitation

   ApolloTeams is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of business, or data arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the affected services.
9. Intellectual Property

   All content, processes, and materials provided by ApolloTeams remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients may not copy, distribute, or reproduce materials without permission.
10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved under United States of America’s jurisdiction.
